Disgusting Handling of Meat

We tried Frobose a second time, as the meat was very good. We drive from Toledo to get to the store. However, they were not wearing hair nets or gloves in the back as you see them cutting up meat. Then we wanted some fresh, not frozen, hamburger. We ordered 5 pounds and the man just reached into the meat BARE HANDED and scooped out the hamburger. He had already handled our other packages of meat, scooped out the burger meat ungloved and went to the register to ring us out. Never washed his hands. When we got home and went to make patties out of the burger meat, there was brown meat in the middle. Look like it was meat that sat out, browned and was mixed back into the middle of the fresh meat. The whole experience was very unappealing.

Great meat!

Arrived on time and packaged well. Had the cabbage rolls which had good flavor. The New York Strip steaks were very good. The bacon was cooked this past weekend peppercorn and regular and it was fantastic as always.
